I still eat what I want when out socialising. We have used intermittent fasting during the week which allows me to eat what I like on weekends.

Mikey is the most fantastic Personal trainer! Mikey has curated personal workouts that best suit me and my body. He worked around my scoliosis focusing on strength training, conditioning, mobility and calisthenics. Our workouts are tough and you really feel the burn, whilst having a good laugh at the same time!
